USAGE AGREEMENT
The drawings, specifications, ideas, designs and arrangements represented in the following electronic documents (�Documents�), whether in electronic or printed form or otherwise, are and shall remain the property of the design professionals whose names appear therein. The ownership of the Documents is protected to the fullest extent of all applicable state and federal law. No part of the Documents shall be reproduced, copied, adapted, disclosed, distributed or assigned to others, sold, published, or otherwise used for any purpose other than to prepare a bid to furnish labor or materials or to perform work pursuant to the Documents without the prior written consent of and appropriate compensation to the design professionals whose names appear therein. Acceptance of these conditions and restrictions is required to access any such Documents herein.
By receiving and/or viewing the following Documents that are contained on the Advent website via this link ("Advent Website"), Subcontractor/Supplier agrees to the following terms and conditions of use:
Advent does not warrant that the Documents contained in the Advent Website have been updated or revised in accordance with any addenda issued by the Project Architect or Engineer. Subcontractor is not relieved of its obligation to ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and have been updated.
Advent does not warrant that the software contained in the Advent Website is compatible with any system of Subcontractor/Supplier, and Subcontractor/Supplier understands that it is receiving/viewing the Documents at its own risk. Advent will not be responsible for any damage to Subcontractor/Supplier's computer systems and/or networks as a result of this use.
Advent reserves the right to discontinue or limit the access to the Documents in the Advent Website at any time.
As a condition for accessing Documents via the Advent Website, Subcontractor/Supplier agrees to hold Advent Design Group and the design professionals whose names appear in the Documents harmless from any defects, errors, or inaccuracies therein and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advent and the design professionals from and against any liability, loss, penalty, injury, damage, or claim of any nature resulting from, relating to, or arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the unauthorized use of the Documents by Subcontractor/Supplier.
